Fresh Kitchen Midtown was an awesome experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Everything came out fast and fresh — definitely my new go-to spot!

Love the food here. It’s always consistent and the staff are so efficient, friendly and helpful. The items are gluten free which is great to invite one of my girl friends who’s got celiac disease. Fresh kitchen is a great go to any time during the work week when you don’t feel like cooking but not trying to consume heavy junk food. I always get the 4 bowl which is enough for one. Great place!

So happy to have discovered this place!! exactly what we needed. Very healthy, tasty fast and affordable. Simple idea with delicious bowls you customize. The staff was super friendly and they let you try everything and everything was delicious. I’m coming back for more and hope I find more of these around town soon.

Fresh Kitchen is an absolute gem! Everything on the menu is 100% gluten-free, which makes it a dream for anyone with dietary restrictions. The food was fresh and flavorful. I loved the variety of options, The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect spot for a healthy and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stephanie was so helpful this was my first time here I didn’t know what to expect and she assisted me with the menu, let me sample items and made me fell welcomed ! Food was delicious must go!! I definitely will eat here again and again!!

I was shocked at the customer service i got here. Everyone was super respectful and pleasant. Nobody had attitude. Nobody rushed me through my decision making since it was taking me a bit as my first time. I ordered the double steak med rare and they made it to order. I was standing quietly off to the side and i saw the manager who i later met “nigel” and while putting my steak on the bowl a tiny little piece fell on the floor. He didn’t know i was watching. He went back to the chef and asked for another piece and replaced it. All without knowing i was watching the whole time. For a fast casual place i was blown away. Needless to say before i took a bite i already loved this place. As a business owner it warms my heart to see an operation running this smoothly in Miami of all places. I encourage local Miami restaurants to pop in here and take notes. Did i mention the food was awesome? I will most certainly be back

Stopped in for a quick meal and was really impressed with how fresh and flavorful everything was. We built bowls with grilled fish, bbq chicken, chickpeas, rice, feta cheese, pico de gallo, and a generous scoop of guacamole on top — everything tasted clean, well-seasoned, and made with care. The fish was tender and not overcooked, the chickpeas had great flavor, and the guac tasted freshly made (not that pre-made stuff). The portion size was great too — definitely left full but not heavy. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly, and everything came out fast. It’s such a nice option when you want something that feels healthy but still has lots of flavor. It was our first time so it was so sweet that we were able to try a sample of chick peas and chicken before ordering.
